OUR PARTNERS
We are delighted to announce our new partnership with Oceania DigitalX (ODX), a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to advancing Indigenous innovation through culturally aligned digital education and entrepreneurship programs . ODX empowers Indigenous entrepreneurs by providing tailored training in eCommerce, AI, digital marketing, and business development, bridging the digital divide and fostering economic sustainability within communities. Their global network connects Indigenous businesses to new markets and opportunities, amplifying their impact and reach.
This collaboration aligns with Link2Labour's commitment to diversity, inclusion, and community empowerment. By integrating ODX's digital education initiatives with our labour hire services, we aim to create flexible and remote job opportunities for Indigenous Australians, particularly those facing social and economic barriers. Together, we strive to build capacity within Indigenous communities, fostering a more resilient and inclusive economy.
We are proud to celebrate our meaningful collaboration with the Waalitj Foundation, one of Australia’s most respected Indigenous-led organisations dedicated to empowering Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities through education, employment, and business support. With over 40,000 people positively impacted across the country, their programs such as the Deadly Sista Girlz initiative and the Waalitj Hub have created long-lasting change by placing culture and self-determination at the heart of all outcomes. Our partnership builds on this foundation by aligning Link2Labour’s mission of providing tailored workforce solutions with Waalitj’s cultural framework to improve job-readiness, training, and employment outcomes for First Nations people.
In the Workforce Australia space, Link2Labour has supported Waalitj Foundation by providing specialist advisory and operational mentoring in Kalgoorlie, where we were invited to help strengthen performance metrics and streamline frontline services. Over a focused 5-day assessment followed by an 8-week improvement program, we contributed to lifting engagement rates, redesigning caseload approaches, and providing leadership coaching to local staff. Our collaboration helped reset the foundation for stronger compliance, more confident job seeker engagement, and ultimately improved employment outcomes. This on-the-ground effort demonstrates our shared ability to blend cultural respect with results-driven employment strategies.
Together, Link2Labour and Waalitj Foundation are committed to building a resilient and inclusive workforce. By combining our recruitment expertise, industry connections, and flexible labour hire models with Waalitj's community networks and cultural programs, we have not only placed individuals into meaningful work but also opened doors for long-term career development. Our continued partnership will see further growth in Indigenous employment, local business support, and collaborative grant/tender applications—strengthening both organisations' impact across Western Australia.
We are proud to highlight our collaboration with WISE Aboriginal Corporation Group (WISE), a community-led organisation committed to advancing employment, training, and economic empowerment for First Nations people across regional and remote Australia. Since its establishment in 2020, WISE has expanded its services to include employment and training programs, workforce development, NDIS business supports, and consultancy services, all designed to strengthen cultural competencies and promote understanding within communities.
Our partnership has focused on delivering culturally safe and tailored support through WISE's Employment and Training Programs. These programs offer personalised, place-based assistance delivered by a dedicated team comprising both First Nations and non-First Nations mentors and industry partners. By integrating our labour hire expertise with WISE's community-driven approach, we have facilitated the placement of numerous First Nations individuals into meaningful employment, particularly in the Care and Support Sector. This collaboration has not only addressed regional vacancies but also empowered local communities by providing access to essential services and support.
Together, we are committed to fostering economic and workforce development across regions like the Yaaliku Region in Western Australia. Supported by the National Indigenous Australians Agency (NIAA), our joint efforts through the Community Development Program (CDP) have delivered tangible pathways to real employment outcomes tailored to local community needs and priorities. This partnership exemplifies our shared vision of creating sustainable opportunities that empower individuals and strengthen communities across Australia.
